Kannada Film Chamber

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rights, responsibilities, and conduct of all members, residents, tenants, and guests within the jurisdiction of Kannada Film Chamber ("the Kannada Film Chamber"). By residing in the premises or using any facilities managed by the Association, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• ⇰ 1. Membership
  • • Membership is automatically granted to all apartment/unit owners.
    • Tenants must be registered with the Association and comply with all rules and guidelines.
    • Members must participate in General Body Meetings and elections when required.
• ⇰ 2. Association Fees and Contributions
  • • All members are required to pay maintenance fees and any special levies as decided by the General Body.
    • Payments must be made on time to avoid penalties or restrictions on facility use.
    • Non-payment for an extended period may lead to legal recovery proceedings.
• ⇰ 3. Common Areas and Facilities
  • • Common areas (lobbies, parks, clubhouses, etc.) must be used responsibly.
    • Activities causing disturbance or damage are prohibited.
    • Facility bookings (if applicable) must be done in advance and used for approved purposes only.
• ⇰ 4. Parking Regulations
  • • All residents must use only their allotted parking spaces.
    • Visitor vehicles must be registered with security and parked in designated areas.
    • Over-speeding or reckless driving within the premises is strictly prohibited.
• ⇰ 5. Your Rights You have the right to:
  • • Access, update, or correct your personal data
    • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
    • Request deletion of your data, subject to statutory obligations

• ⇰ 6. Noise, Nuisance, and Conduct
  • • Residents must maintain a peaceful environment and avoid loud music or parties beyond permitted hours.
    • Offensive, illegal, or abusive behavior towards other residents or staff will not be tolerated.
    • Disputes between residents should be addressed respectfully and reported to the Association if needed.
• ⇰ 7. Maintenance and Alterations
  • • No structural changes are allowed without written approval from the Association.
    • Construction/renovation work must follow approved timings (e.g., 9 AM to 6 PM).
    • Debris and waste must be disposed of properly without affecting others.
• ⇰ 8. Garbage and Cleanliness
  • • Residents must follow waste segregation rules (dry, wet, and recyclable).
    • Dumping garbage in corridors or common areas is strictly prohibited.
    • Cleanliness of balconies and adjoining spaces is the responsibility of the resident.
• ⇰ 9. Pets and Animals
  • • Pets are allowed per local laws and association policies.
    • Owners must ensure pets do not cause inconvenience or harm to others.
    • Pet waste must be cleaned immediately from common areas.
• ⇰ 10. Grievance Redressal
  • • Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Association office or via official email.
    • A response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Disputes may be escalated to competent authorities if unresolved internally.
• ⇰ 11. Amendments
  • • These terms may be updated periodically through majority approval in General Body Meetings.
    • Members will be notified in writing or through official communication channels.
